This month, several like-minded entities have joined forces, curating a digital, non-profit Bandcamp release to raise money for the iconic and internationally respected Club Der Visionaere and sister venue MS Hoppetosse. Unfortunately, due to the devastating fire last year (2019) causing significant structural damages, and the Covid-19 global pandemic of 2020, the beloved duo are facing immense financial struggles in the hopes of staying afloat during the crisis.

With the first of the Club Der Visionaere fundraisers complete covering the basic operations costs of this Summer. The next wave of funding is to complete the rebuild, and meet new restrictions to maintain functionality as Club Der Visionaere as we know it, ending at 23:59 on the 17th August.

The release feature names such as TC80 (Sequaloq), Giammarco Orsini, Markus Sommer (Pager Records), Felon5 and B.Love (Bizarre Trax), DJ Tjizza (LowMoneyMusicLove), Rub800 (Continually), Jacopo Latini aka Jackie (Taboo Traxx), Bakked (Outban), and Tzena (LuckIsOn) who all want to play their part in supporting the cause of both venues; two key pillars within the underground dance music scene.

The included artists and labels have unified, and want to give back to both venues; places that have been a special part of all their lives for such a long time. A second home for some, a sought after holiday destination for others. A provider of everlasting memories for all. It is no myth that both locations have inspired generations, not only musically but simultaneously personally, allowing the freedom for people to expand their minds and thought processes through good energy and high-quality sounds.

This project was curated in support of Berlin’s Club Der Visionaere and sister club MS Hoppetosse in the summer of 2020, due to the fire of 2019 and the impact the pandemic passed on to the clubs, two pinnacles of the scene, that have given so much to our community.

Fundraising has now ceased. Thanks for getting behind the project and all the support.
